More Maps. The third-generation owner of legendary German meat shop Schaller and Weber has opened a new backyard restaurant. Blume is an open air restaurant operating out of Stube Sausage Bar’s backyard, with seating for 20 socially-distant diners, according to owner Jeremy Schaller. The menu includes patio-snacking hits like charcuterie plates, cheese boards, housemade pickles, sorbet, and wine.
