Starting the day with a pint of Terrazzo, a WCIPA brewed by Phase Three out of Lake Zurich, ILL. This is a solid Midwest take of a WCIPA, sweet malt presence, excellent pine the consistent reference point, the malt reduces the bitterness.. Still a very sold pour, one I am still clearing my stash from my multiple purchases of Batch Still catching up on BA from yesterday, noticed I was among the offenders in the “Beer Pet Peeves” thread.
